Quikkred Debt Collection Policy
Fair and Ethical Debt Recovery Practices
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Objective and Principles
This policy outlines the ethical and fair procedures QuikkRed (the "Company") follows for the collection of outstanding debts from borrowers. All collection activities must strictly adhere to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Fair Practices Code and must be conducted professionally, courteously, and with respect for the borrower's privacy.
2. Communication Standards

3. Training and Certification
All collection staff or Recovery Agents (if any) must undergo mandatory training before commencing collection activities. This training includes Fair Practices Code compliance, data privacy guidelines, and ethical conduct.
4. Grievance Redressal
Any customer grievance regarding collection process should be promptly reported to Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) as mentioned in the separate Grievance Redressal Mechanism Document.
5. Prohibition
Collection agents are strictly prohibited from using:
- •Abusive, threatening, or obscene language
- •Intimidation or harassment of borrower, their family or friends
- •Public disclosure or defamation of borrower's credit status
- •False or misleading representations
6. Authority
Head of Collections (Ms. Sapna Kapoor, [email protected]) is responsible for oversight and enforcement of this policy.
This policy is subject to periodic review and updates as per regulatory requirements.
